Was going through the hard drive looking at old photos tonight and came across these old gems.

You won't see it from the thumbnails but if you look at the larger pics (click on it!), you'll see why I took these photos back in January 1999. The first reminded me of Mr Bean... wonder if this guy was actually inspired by Beanie...

The second one, well, what can I say. Guess the truck's engine was running too hot that he needed to install what I'd call the toilet fan outside the grill. Mind you, it's actually working! - you can see the cables connecting it into somewhere below the hood. To the batteries maybe?
